Terms & Conditions
CalendarWorks is operated by Azaria Daniel (“we,” “us”). Last updated: 11/03/2026. By signing up for or using CalendarWorks, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
CalendarWorks sends text message reminders about your own upcoming calendar events. SMS consent is required to use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
2. SMS program terms
By entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from CalendarWorks at the number you provided. Message frequency varies based on your events. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email azaria.w.danel+cworks@outlook.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep your number current, and tell us if your number changes or you no longer own it. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to message anyone who has not agreed to receive messages.
4. No guarantee of delivery
Reminders depend on carriers and networks outside our control. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we do not guarantee that messages will arrive on time or at all. Do not rely on CalendarWorks for time-critical or safety-critical needs.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including missed events, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $15 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
6. Agreement to arbitrate
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
You and we agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the service through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except as stated below. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
- Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, the party raising the dispute must send written notice describing it. For us, send it to YOUR_EMAIL. The parties will try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days.
- Rules and forum. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at adr.org. It may be held by phone, by video, or on written submissions, or in person in your county of residence if you request it.
- Costs. AAA rules determine who pays filing and arbitrator fees. We will pay any fees the rules require us to pay and will not seek to recover our fees from you except where the arbitrator finds a claim frivolous.
- Small claims. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
- Class action waiver. Claims must be brought in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over a class proceeding.
- Jury trial waiver. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to go to court, except for small claims and as stated in this section.
- Opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms by emailing YOUR_EMAIL with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your name and phone number. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.
- Severability. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the rest of this section does not apply to that claim. If any other part of this section is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of YOUR_STATE, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the Federal Arbitration Act applies. Any dispute that is not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in YOUR_STATE, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept it. We may suspend or end the service or your access at any time. You may end your participation at any time by replying STOP.
9. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
